Please note that a 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

If you change your mind about having a treatment you have every right to cancel but the deposit is non refundable. The deposit could be transferred to another treatment with more than 48hrs notice.

I am aware that sometimes life happens but any cancellations with less than 48hrs notice will be liable to pay for the missed appointment before any further appointments can be made.

If you need to reschedule because you are unwell this is completely understandable as you should be physically well for any of my treatments. My priority is my clients are fit and well. I will happily rebook your appointment for you but the deposit remains non-refundable.

Arrival to your appointment late may result in a reduced service due to time limitations however the full appointment will need to be paid for.

No show policy

Sadly this does happen and it can be very difficult for a small business to manage when this happens. If you wish to reschedule your missed appointment or book for further treatments 100% of the cost for the missed appointment is required in addition to a 50% deposit for the new booking before the appointment can be confirmed.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 12months from the date of purchase. Gift voucher will not be accepted if the expiry date has passed.

Products

Products are non returnable unless faulty. If the product is faulty then a replacement will be requested from the manufacturer but no refund will be given.
